As recyclable PET, it's an excellent, low cost, environmentally friendly packaging alternative. But is there a rule that says it has to look generic, boring? Not if gourmet retailers like Whole Foods or Vitamin Cottage have their say (they do). That's why we like what Gianna's is doing. Simple, colorful labeling. Strong brand ID. Fun, emotion, etc. Once a clamshell, now an "oystershell". A real pearl of a package.
