David Schachter is a member in the Business & Real Estate Department of Sherman & Howard's LLC Denver office and heads the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. He advises emerging and established businesses on intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, patents, and copyrights) and general commercial matters. Mr. Schachter writes a monthly column on technology law for the Denver Business Journal. He also provides specialized advice in newly developing areas of law, including the Internet and electronic commerce. He is a Denver native and Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude, graduate of the University of Colorado. David received his law degree from the University of Santa Clara. |
