Brand Attack
Sun Tzu, a 6th century BC military strategist wrote those words long ago in his book, "The Art of War". His principles are still relevant today, particularly for those seeking an offensive brand strategy. Here are some tactics that might help you on the brand battlefield:
1. Assess your strengths and those of your competitors.
2. Find a weakness in your competitor's position. Plan your attack, but consider the response.
3. Focus and launch your attack where your competitor is most vulnerable. Remember, as the attacker you have the advantage of being able to concentrate your forces.
4. Attack quickly. The element of surprise is more important than budget.
